Robinson Crusoe (Daniel O’Herlily) is shipwrecked while traveling on a slave trade expedition. Surprisingly it survives and reaches a desert island. However, you will soon realize that you are unable to get help, and that you do not have any kind of company. After building a house to shelter, he will try to pass the time without losing his judgment. At that moment he will meet an old cannibal whom he will call Martes (Jaime Fernández). Although Crusoe initially treats him as a slave he has had for years, calling himself “Master,” he will soon begin to see Martes as a true companion. Together they will debate transcendental issues like God or slavery, thus getting Crusoe to begin to see the world in a different way.
