Witold missed his law exams and Fuchs has just left his job in a Parisian fashion company. They spend a few days in a so-called family retreat, where they receive a series of disturbing omens: a sparrow hanging in the forest, then a piece of wood in the same state and finally signs on the ceiling and in the garden. Unfortunately, she is freshly married to a most suitable architect. But is this young woman equally suitable? The third hanging, that of the cat, is the work of Witold. Why ? And especially … will the fourth be human?
